TESL Canada

TESOL: TESOL International Association’s mission is to advance professional expertise in English language teaching and learning for speakers of other languages worldwide. Our membership and our attendance to conferences allow our staff to deepen their knowledge of the field.


NAFSA Association

NAFSA: This is an association of International Educators dedicated to international education and exchange. As members, we have access to a diverse collection of resources, communities, and professional development.



ACCET: This is an association of International Educators dedicated to ACCET is an accrediting body for continuing education. It seeks to improve educational standards, policies, and procedures. ILSC is committed to high standards and as such, our relationship to ACCET makes us accountable and allows us to demonstrate this to our students.
ILSC San Francisco is the only location accredited by ACCET.



AAIEP: Also known as English USA, it promotes and supports ethical and professional standards for intensive English programs in the U.S.; communicates and champions the value of English language study; enhances the visibility of member programs; and fosters professional development among members. ILSC attends the association mixers and sees them as an opportunity to connect with other IEP professionals, and we participate in their annual professional workshops.



BPPE: This bureau is run by the California's department of Consumer Affairs and requires that all private schools be licensed by them. We have been licensed to operate since May 2012.


Languages Canada: Languages Canada is Canada's premier language organization representing language programs in both of Canada's official languages: English and French. Membership is limited to member programs, both public and private, which meet the rigorous standards of the association and who are committed to upholding them.


Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal: ILSC is a member of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal. The BTMM is the voice of the business community and of the people of Greater Montreal for all aspects of their economic growth and prosperity, and serves as a catalyst and unifying body for the driving forces of the Montreal economy. The Board of Trade is actively engaged in key sectors of economic development.

Emploi Québec: ILSC Montreal is accredited by Emploi Québec as a professional language training center.


IELTS Test/Exam

IELTS: All 3 ILSC Canada campuses (Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal) are IELTS test centers accredited by the British Council.


TEFAQTEF Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris

TEF / TEFAQ: ILSC Montreal is a TEF / TEFAQ test center accredited by the Chamber of Trade of Paris.
